The court document above, along with the one below, show that Theodore Dzoch Jr., his mother Virginia Dzoch and his father Theodore Dzoch Sr. illegally entered my mother's house by breaking down the door. Ted Jr. plead guilty to prevent his parents from being arrested. As you can see above, both his mother and father were listed as participants.

The above documents are a court ordered Protection from Abuse Order requested by Brandon Dzoch, at age 17, against his father, Ted Dzoch Jr. Brandon had been living with his father since age six.
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. This is an arrest record for Ted Dzoch Sr. from 1990. Ted Sr. was arrested for assaulting his wife, assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. He pled guilty and was issued a restraining order and had to live with my ex-husband, Ted Jr., until the order expired.
Along with the trespassing, Ted Dzoch Jr. was charged with harassment and repeatedly alarming and annoying a female. Again, he pled guilty to all charges.
Another arrest record for Ted Dzoch Jr., driving while intoxicated. Obviously, the perfect father material. This was not the only such DUI incident for Ted Jr. As you can see, he again pled guilty.
